185 Red Tails feed at Alewife Reservation - Buzz among the red oaks
George Mclean photographer (November 5, 2011) ellen and "the friends of the ale wife reservation " will be thrilled with this photo i took a week ago. this is the great hawk i call 'buzz'. he is the dad at 185 alewife. i have seen him hunting the reservation on many occasions and was lucky to get him watching his surroundings from a tree. i am glad to see him healthy. i have not seen 'ruby'around but i hear from 'paul roberts'(who knows a lot more about hawks than i do) that she is still in the area. thanks for letting me bring a little of the natural world into your life 'my way', george mclean the 'celtic codger'
