"Recently the sixteen plaintiffs in the Belmont Uplands Civil Action Law Suit against the Zoning Board of Appeals of Belmont, and the owner’s Cambridge Partners II LLC, O’Neill Properties, got some hopeful news on the Tidelands, chapter 91 protection of public lands at water’s edge. Flooding continues to be one of the primary concerns of plaintiffs and to tidelands protectors. The recent Chronicle coverage of the statehouse version of the Tidelands Hearing hardly covered the public concern and we viewed its outcome differently."
