2. Revised Traffic Report prepared by Vanesse & Associates on behalf of O'Neill Partners dated May 13, 2003. PLEASE NOTE: The Technical Appendices for the Traffic Report are available at the Office of Community Development - they are not electronically formatted. The Appendices include: trip-generaltion calculations, 1990/2000 U.S. Census journey-to-work data, and capacity analysis worksheets.

3. Fiscal Impact Report prepared by Connery & Associates on behalf of O'Neill Partners dated May 13, 2003.

4. Drainage Summary Report prepared by Rizzo Associates, Inc. on behalf of O'Neill Partners dated May 13, 2003. 1. Peer Review of Environmental Components prepared by Sharon Raymond of Fay, Spofford and Thorndike and dated May 19, 2003. This review includes stormwater management, waste water hydrology and hydrogeology.

2. Peer Review of the Traffic Analysis prepared by Charles Kalauskas of the BSC Group and dated May 19, 2003.

3. Preliminary Peer Review of the Number of School Age Children and Fiscal Impacts prepared by Judi Barrett of Community Opportunities Group and dated May 28, 2003.
